- Reduce combat wait time when killing overworld enemies (i.e. enemies that are always in the world, and not spawned by a quest interaction)
- Add side quests in Coerthas Western Highlands, Ishgard and the Churning Mists for unlocking TT NPCs, thanks to Thaksin

- Fix slug shot action used on NPCs by MCH quests
