- Add missing/incomplete EW aether current quests

- Add/updated a few daily quests, thanks to plogon_enjoyer
- Add 'hidden' quest requirements that factually prevent you from picking up a quest despite the game considering those as 'not locked'
- Show unobtainable quests in journal with dedicated icon/label
- Don't count unobtainable quests towards your completion count in journal
- Update 'RepeatedJumps' logic to do nothing while already jumping
- Increase check distance for follow quests to make it more likely to work under low fps conditions
- Some smaller fixes
