- Add some gathering related quests (MIN 1-10, EW Studium deliveries), functionality and paths
- Add basic gathering collectable (600 collectability) logic
- Update some early ARR quest paths
- Add an option to disable 'ESC' shortcut to stop questing/movement
- Rewrite/extend QuestWork logic as required for e.g. early ARR class quests
- Update how skipping waypoints (move only, no interaction) is configured
- Fix some rarely used skip conditions being ignore
- Fix MSQ priority so it no longer prioritizes locked quests
- Fix MSQ sometimes returning already-completed quests
- Rewrite logic for QuestIds in preparation for possible future features
