Added a new story quest:

• Mostly Heartless

Added new gathering point:

• Near Ultima Thule - Abode of the Ea for Mostly Heartless story quest

Added new daily quests:

• A Grebuloff Out of Water
• Mush for Miw Miisv
• The Lost World

Also cleaned-up Sequence 0 for The Restaurateur's Guide to the Dragonstar for consistency
