As per title, I have noticed that if I press ESC with questionable enabled, autorun stops working, which I think is not intended since base game behaviour does not reproduce this

You're right, this wasn't (entirely) intentional - ESC should only stop you if Questionable is currently doing a quest for you, not always.

This should be fixed in v1.3.
