[Bug] Bomb Ash will not be gathered by BattleJobs if the Char hasn't mined it once #5

ARC sent out the Battlejob Retainers to a Quick Venture instead of collecting Bomb Ash.
Bomb Ash can be gathered by Miners as well as be farmed from Mobs.
As this Char does not have Miner unlocked (and is not planning to do so) it doesn't have Bomb Ash marked as gathered, therefore ARC is skipping Bomb Ash, even tho it can be collected by Battle Jobs.

In Autoretainer itself it is possible for the Battlejob Retainer to gather Bomb Ash, so ARC has to be the one preventing it.

Screenshot 01 shows that it assigned Quick Ventures
Screenshot 02 shows the ARC list
Screenshot 03 shows that it is possible to assign Bomb Ash without havin Miner unlocked
Screenshot 04 shows that AR can assign Bomb Ash without issues on Battle job Retainers
